In Memoriam

Let us remember all those we love, who are with us or not; all those who make and have made life and love memorable.
In one of the stars, I shall be living.
In one of them, I shall be laughing.
And so it will be as if all the stars were laughing when you look at the sky at night.
—Antoine de Saint-Exupery, The Little Prince

  1. That's a very touching post.
I've been, in my acting activity, very much at work with memory and remembrance. What could ever exist without it?

  2. Good point—memory is like creative energy. Did you ever get through all of Proust, Jay? I still mean to, one of these years...
