  1. Christie,
I have just given you a blog award!
Please, pass by and collect it on my blog whenever you have time. Your blog has been mentioned with four more in the "news and curiosity" section of my blog.
You can give the award to five more blogs of your choice with less than 200 followers.

    Cute picture!
Have a quiet and relaxing beginning of the week!

    1. Dear Jay:

Thank you so much—I’m both honored and touched. It’s especially good timing to have something nice happen today, a Monday which has otherwise been frantic and full of soul-deadening obligations, despite your wishes to the contrary. I wish I could be writing this note of appreciation from some more amiable setting, with time and inspirational surroundings/music/fragrances to express myself better, like my favorite tea house on Canyon Road in Santa Fe, with art and comfy window seats and hundreds of teas; or an art museum café in some favorite city across the world. But please accept my hurried thanks, and I’ll figure out the details of my win soon. Have a good week!
