Time Changes - One




My plan for getting through the time change—

before breakfast:  spicy cardamom coffee
 
breakfast:  Three Sisters dark chocolate oatmeal
 
mid-morning snack:  chocolate pecan pie
 
at lunchtime:  Mayan hot chocolate spiced with chili and cinnamon
 
mid-afternoon snack:  Kara’s Fleur de Sel cupcake (chocolate with caramel and salt)
 
dinner:  chicken tamale with Oaxacan mole negro
 
at bedtime:  hot mulled wine
